老年病人合并糖尿病外科治疗

目的探讨对于合并糖尿病的外科老年病人,用微量泵注射胰岛素的优点。方法1998.6￣2003.680例合并糖尿病外科疾患老年患者治疗总结。结果全组病人恢复顺利,无严重并发症发生。结论对合并糖尿病外科老年病人,用微量泵持续泵入胰岛素,方法简单易行,效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To stady the advantage of inje-cting insulin with a mini-pump into surgical eldly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods The summary oftreatments 80 surgical eldly patients with diabetes mellitus from Jun. 1998 to jun. 2003. Results All patients of treatment group have recovered well ,there were no serious post-operitive complications. Conclusions It’s convenient and practical to inject insulin with a mini-pump into surgical eldly patients with diabetes mellitus.Good results have been gielded and the way can be carried out.
