社会支持对结肠癌患者生活质量的影响

Effect of the social support on the life quality of intestinal patients

目的探讨结肠癌患者的社会支持对生活质量的影响。方法应用社会支持评定量表和生活质量自评量表(QOLQ),调查30例正常人和50例结肠癌患者的社会支持和生活质量,分析患者的社会支持与生活质量的相关性。结果结肠癌患者的社会支持低于正常对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社会支持与结肠癌患者的生活质量密切相关(r=0. 702;p<0.001)。结论在临床工作中应用人文关怀理念,加强对患者的社会支持能改善其生活质量。

Objective To study the effect social support on the quality of life ( QL) in intestinal patients. Methods Investigating social support state in 50 patients, comparing it with the control group of 30 person, and analyzing the relationship between social support score and QL. Results Social support score of intestinal patients was significantly lower than that of control group ( P < 0.05 ) , and was closely related to the QL score (r = 0.702; P < 0. 001). Conclusion Nurses may help the lung cancer patients improve QL by means of paying more attention to their social support and using the measures of systematic approach to nursing.
