摘要
目的探讨直接精囊内注射抗茵素溶液加服中药治疗血精症安全性及评价其疗效。方法选取门诊病例26例, 平均年龄25.9±12.0岁,平均病程186±9天。患者被明确诊断后在TRUS引导下经会阴部直接对患侧精囊内注射抗菌素溶液,每周1次,4次为1个疗程,治愈后每个月随访1次,共6次。结果26例中有24例1个疗程治愈,占92.3%,2例2个疗程治愈,占7.8%,无复发病例。结论直接患侧精囊内注射抗菌素溶液加服中药治疗血精症方法安全,操作简单易行,对多种原因引起的血精症均有疗效。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of directly injecting antibiotic solution to trouble seminal veside and taking orally traditional medicine to treat blood semen. Methods We tested 26 oupatient service cases. Patients were average 25.9±12. 0 years old and their average courses of disease were 186±9 days. Patients were directly injecting antibiotic solution to trouble seminal veside by TRUS once a week . Four times was a course of treatment. Patients had been followed once every three months after they were well, we followed them four times. Results It was 92.3% that 24 of 26 patients were cured in the oneth course of treatment. It was 7.7% that 2 cases were cured in the 2th course of treatmeat. No one case relapsesed. Conclusion The method of injecting directly is simple and effective. It has curative effect on blood semen caused by many reasons.
