发复生搽剂的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Hair - resuscitation Lotion

目的提供一种有效治疗斑秃的医院制剂。方法配制以米诺地尔、醋酸地塞米松、水合氯醛为主要原料的发复生搽剂,洲定米诺地尔、水合氯醛的含量,经临床治疗观察70例斑秃患者,并与补骨酯酊治疗的60例作对照分析。结果该制荆设计合理,制备工艺简单,质量可控疗效确切。发复生搽剂对斑秃的治疗总显效率为85.7%,总有效率为90.07%,对照组总显效率为63.3%,总有效率为76.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论发复生搽荆制作简便,质量可靠,治疗斑秃疗效满意。

Objective Provide and effective preparation for the curing of speckles. Methods Confect hair - resuscitation lotion composed of minoxdil, dexamethasone acetate and chloral hydrate. Mensurate the content of minoxidil and Chloral hydrate. After our test on 70 cases of clinical speckle patients, compared with 60 cases remedy with tincture psoralen. Results The preparation is reasonably made with simple technique, and the quality of which ensures its definite healing effect. The hair - resuscitation lotion heals speckles with the dfficiency of 85.7% success, total efficiency of 90.0% ;comparison group efficiency 63.3% .total efficiency of 90.0% ; comparison group efficiency 63. 3% ,total efficiency 76. 6% , curing group effect is better than comparison group (P<0.05). Conclusion The lotion is made whith convenient technique, reliable quality and satisfactory healing effect.
