Determination of Terahydropalmatine in Pill of Bone-Knitting by HPLC

目的建立驳骨丸延胡索乙素的HPLC方法。方法以索氏提取法提取延胡索乙素,HPLC法测定其含量,选用ODS色谱柱,以甲醇:水(65:35)为流动相,检测波长280nm。结果延胡索乙素在0.56μg/m-16.80μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99998),平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.32(n=5)。结论此方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于驳骨丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish the content determination method of terahydropalmatine in Pill of Bone-Knitting by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed to determine terahydropalmatine on ODS column, the mobile phase consisting of a mix-tuer of methanol -water (65; 35, v: v)and detection wavelength as 280nm. Results The linearity of this method well (r=0.99998), and the average recovery was 99.87%,RSD=0. 32%. Conclusions This method was simple, sensitive and accurate , and available for control of Pill of Bone-Knitting,
