白癜风三种疗法的疗效观察

目的探讨治疗白疲风的有效方法。方法日常皮肤病门诊197例成人白癜风患者,随机分成3组,分别予口服养雪消白丸、外用复方卡力孜然酊以及两药联合用药。结果联合治疗组的显效率和总有效率分别为44.05%和83.33%,均显著高于单组疗效。结论养雪消白丸与外用复方卡力孜然酊联合运用,起到标本兼治,是值得借鉴的治疗白癜风方案之一。

Objectives To explore more effective therapy method for vitiligo. Method Total of 197 adult vitiligo cases come from routine skin clinic were divided into 3 groups randomly. The 3 groups accepted taking Yangxuexiaobai capsules a kind of compound traditional Chinese medicine orally, using Compound kaliziran Tincture externally and the medicine combined the mentioned 2 remedies respectively. Result The rates of both prominent curative effect and general curative effect of the combined group are 44.05% and 83.33% respectively and are magnificently higher than the one of other 2 groups used singly medicine. Conclusion The Rx of taking Yangxuexiaobai capsules orally and using Compound kaliziran Tincture externally is aimed at the pathogeny and symptom of vitiligo and is one of methods to be worthy of using for reference to treat the disease.
