摘要
目的总结肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法回顾分析120例肾损伤的临床资料。结果血尿、腰部疼痛是主要的临床症状。保守治疗92例,手术治疗28例,死亡3例。结论B超和CT是诊断肾损伤的有效方法。对闭合性损伤的患者只要血压稳定,可采取保守治疗,否则需立即手术。
Objective To paper has summerised the diagnosis and treatment for kidneys impairment. Methods Recall and analyse the clinical data about 120 cases of kidneys impairment.Results Its main symptoms are blood-urine and waistache. 92 cases of conservative therapy. 28 cases of operative cures. Among them died 3 patients. Conclusion B - ultrasonic wave and CT are the effective ways to diagnose kidneys impairment. In terms of patients with closed impairment,we may adopta conservative therapy so long as their blood pressures are stable.
