苯那普利对高血压患者左室结构及功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察苯那普利对高血压患者左室结构及功能的影响。方法观察120例高血压患者口服苯那普利平均12周后左室结构和功能改变。治疗前及治疗后12周分别进行心脏超声检查,测量有关心血管参数。结果治疗后降压效果显著(p<0.01),室间隔厚度(IVSd)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWd)及左室重量指数(LVMI)均明显下降(p<0.01),A峰速度明显下降,E峰速度及E/A比值明显增高(p<0.01)。结论苯那普利治疗高血压病患者可安全有效降压,并同时逆转左室肥厚,改善左室舒张功能作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of treatment benazepril on left venericular hyperophy and left ventricular function in hypertensive patients. Methods 120 cases patients with essential hypertension were given benazepril for an average of 12 weeks. The blood pressure, left ventricular structure and cardiac function were observed. The cardivovascular Parameters were measured by using Doppler echocardiongraphy before and 12 weeks after treatment. R e s u l t Both SBP and DBP decreased(p<0.01), LVMI, IVSd, LVPWd reduced(p<0.01), PAV decreasd, PEV and E A ratio increased(p<0.01). Conclusion benazepril was effective on hypertension, it decreases blood pressure, reverses left ventricular hyperophy and improves cardiac function.
