摘要
目的分析关节镜下半月板损伤不同修复方法的效果,提出半月板损伤修复较适用的方法。方法随访138例165个半月板损伤镜下修复的病人,对其疗效进行分析。结果镜下半月板缝合优于半月板部分切除成形术,后者又优于半月板次全切除成形术。结论应尽量避免切除半月板,完好部份应予保留修整成形。
Objective To evaluate results of 138 cases of meniscal repaired by arthroscopy and to present good method of meniscal repairment.Methods Their effects under arthroscopy were analysized in a series of 138 patient with meniscal injuries.Results The best effect was accquired by arthroscopic meniscal suture, and partial meniscotomy was perior to most meniscotomy.Conclusion It is suggested that injuried meniscus treated by apposotion suture or save the most of normal meniscus and avoid meniscotomy.
