Preparation and Clinical Application of Cefazolin Sodium Eye Ointment

目的制备头孢唑啉钠眼膏剂,用于治疗儿童眼部细菌感染。方法用HPLC法测定头孢唑啉钠眼膏剂的含量并观察临床疗效。结果制剂稳定,平均回收率95.6%,临床总有效率达96.5%。结论头孢唑啉钠眼膏剂制备简单,临床疗效确切。

Objective To developa cefazolin sodium Eye Ointment for the treatment of children eye illness.Methods To determine the content of cefazolin sodium by HPLC and Observing the clinical effect of Cefazolin Sodium Eye Ointment.Results the average recovery was 95.6%.the curative rate was 96.5%.Conclusion the preparation method of cefazolin sodium Eye Ointment is easy and the Curative effect is favorable.
