彩色多普勒超声对老年人下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的诊断

The diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography in lower limb atherosclerosis obliterans among the old people

目的应用彩色多普勒超声评价老年人下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的表现特性。方法选择60例下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的患者,应用二维及彩色多普勒超声检测下肢动脉管壁、管径、内膜以及有无斑块、彩色血流变化、血流频谱形态及性质。结果血管内膜增厚、粗糙、管壁回声增强者34例,占56.67%;血管内膜增厚、粗糙、管壁回声增强且合并管腔狭窄者22例,占36.66%;血管内膜增厚、粗糙、管壁回声增强且合并血栓者4例,占6.67%。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图对老年人下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的诊断具有特异性,为临床对其进行诊断提供了较为可靠的指标。

Objective To evaluate the trait in lower limb atherosclerosis obliterans by color Doppler echocardiography.Methods Sixty cases of lower limb atherosclerosis obliterans were investigated in the study. A series of index, which obtained by the means of 2-D and color Doppler echocardiography, including the walls, diameter, intima of blood vessel, patch and the size of it, the change of color bloodstream, the shape and the nature of bloodstream's frequency spectrum.Results There are 34 cases whose interior film of blood vessel is thicken and roughen, the echo of arterial wall is strengthen, which is approximately 66.67% ;apart from these, 22 cases whose blood vessel is stenosed, which is approximately 36.66%;in addition to these,4 cases merge to thrombus, which is approximately 6.67%.Conclusion The diagnosis of lower limb atherosclerosis obliterans by color Doppler echocardiography is specific, which can offer the relatively reliable index for the clinical diagnosis.
