摘要 目的增强医务工作者的自身防护意识,减少职业性感染的发生。方法调查40例医务工作者职业性暴露HIV的途径,暴露后进行应急处理和随访监测1年。结果40例医务工作者暴露后检测HJV抗体3例阳性,37例阴性。随访1年,在37例初次暴露后HIV抗体阴性者中,仅1例HIV抗体转阳性。结论医务工作者重视自身防护和暴露后预防,是降低职业性感染的有效方法。 Objective To enhance the self- protection awareness of HIV infection in healthcare workers andreduce the morbidity of oc-cupational exposure with HIV. Methods To investigate the routes of exposure with HIVin 40 healthcare workers o Postexposure prophylaxis were taken and followed up for 1 year. Results 3 casesHIV antibody were positive and the other 37 cases were negative after exposure with HIV. One case HIV antibody transferred to positive and others remained negative in 1 year following up. Conclusion The effectivemethod to reduce the occupational infection with HIV is to strengthen healthcare worker's self- protection andpostexposure prophylaxis.
