摘要
This article analyzes the challenge for Jiangsu technical innovation caused by entrance into WTO. On the basis of it, this article puts forward some suggestions about how to establish a technical innovation network in Jiangsu having distinguished features, and regards it as one of important countermeasures for improving independent technical innovation ability in Jiangsu and meeting challenge.
