摘要
After entering WTO, China promises to take on the reform of the economy and the law system, besides the promise of opening market. Therefore, we must push the degree of the reform and opening policy under the structure of WTO, construct a world market system and market economic law system coresponding the international custom. Otherwise we will lose international credit and the chance of fast development in economic globalization.
