牛煅烧骨颗粒复合抗生素骨形态发生蛋白和骨水泥修复兔感染性骨缺损 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨牛煅烧骨颗粒复合抗生素、bBMP和骨水泥修复感染性骨缺损的效果。方法将制成桡骨感染性骨缺损的24只新西兰兔随机分成3组,A组用煅烧骨和骨水泥修复;B组用煅烧骨复合bBMP和骨水泥修复;C组用煅烧骨复合抗生素、bBMP和骨水泥修复,术后不同时间进行X线、组织形态学、ECT观察,比较3组相同时间的成骨能力和修复方式。C组耳缘静脉取血测抗生素浓度。结果C组较A、B组成骨能力强,伤口愈合快,修复情况良好。B组的成骨能力略强于A组。结论牛煅烧骨是抗生素和bBMP的良好载体。复合后能缓慢释放抗生素和bBMP,此种复合材料既有成骨活性,又有抗炎作用,是修复感染性骨缺损的理想材料。 Objective In order to investigate the effect of the true bone ceramic(TBC) combined with bone cement(BC),bovine bone morphogenetic protein(bBMP) and antibiotics(AB) for the repair of infectious bone defect in rabbits.Methods The infectious bone defects were made in twenty-four rabbits' radiuses and the rabbits were divided into A,B and C groups randomly. The bone defects in group A were repaired with TBC and BC,in group B with TBC combined with BC and bBMP ,in group C with TBC combined with BC ,bBMP and AB. The animals in three groups were examined by X-ray,ECT and histology at different postoperative time and those in group C were drawn blood for the density examination of AB.Results The bone defects were repaired excellently in group C,well in group B and badly in group A. Conclusion The TBC is a good carrier for AB and bBMP. The composite can release AB and bBMP slowly in the place which the composite were implanted in. So it is a ideal material for the repair of the infectious bone defect.
