艾灸对去势大鼠骨质疏松性骨折愈合的影响

Effects of mocibustion onfracture healing of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.

目的探讨艾灸对骨质疏松性骨折愈合的作用。方法采用12月龄雌性大鼠，摘除双侧卵法建立骨质疏松症模型，术后3个月后作右股骨中段闭合骨折，随机分为对照组、模型组、雌二醇组、艾灸组，分别于骨折后第7、14、28天处死，进行血清生化、骨组织学的观察。结果艾灸组骨折后第14天S－E2、S－BGP含量较模型组升高(P< 0.05),至28d艾灸组接近对照组。14d时软骨细胞及破骨细胞数量模型组较艾灸组和雌二醇组稍多，28d时各组骨痂均较成熟，但模型组呈疏松化表现。结论艾灸具有促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合的作用。

Objective To probe therapeutical effect of mocibustion of fracture healing of osteoporosis.Method Female rats aged 12 months were ovariectomized bilaterally as osteoporotic models and undrgone closed fracture of right femur at middle point three months after operation.Then they were divided randomly into 4 groups:control group,model group,estradiol group and moxibustion group.Aniamls were sacriiced at 7,14 and 28 days after fracture.Histological study and serum biochemical examination were used to used to investigate the effects of mocibustion on fracture healing. Result At the 14th day after fracture,serum estradiol(S－E2),Serum bone grwth protein(S－BGP) were significantly higher than those of modle group (P< 0.05)and at the 28th day ,S－E2,S －BGP in mocibustion group were close to those of control group.At the 14th day,the amount of cartilage cell and osteoclast in model group was a little much than that of moxibustion group and estradiol group,and at the 28th day,calluses were all mature in each group,but in model group they were in prous display.Conclusion Moxibustion has the effect of promoting the fracture healing of osteoporosis.
