原发性颞叶癫痫的X-刀治疗

X knife treatment of idiopathic temporal lobe epilepsy

目的 为顽固性癫痫的治疗寻找一条新途径。方法应用X－刀治疗系统，以140 Gy高能X线一次和分二次损毁杏仁核（2次间隔时间24h），治疗原发性颞叶癫痫。准直仪：7～10mm。结果14例病人治疗后4～15个月随访：5例病人发作停止，6例病人发作减少50％以上，3例病人发作减少30％以上,无并发症发生。结论X－刀系统损毁杏仁核可安全、有效的治疗原发性颞叶癫痫。140Gy分二次治疗的效果优于一次治疗。

Objective To find a new treatment way for ITLEP. Method To use X knife system, damage amygdala from 140 Gy x ray in full dose or 2 time fractionated(each time,Q.14.H) .Collimator:7～10mm.Result 4～15 months follow up after X knife treatment,5 of 14 patients, the seizures were relived.6 of 14 patients, the seizures were improved over 50％.3 of 14 patients, the seizures were improve over 30％.No complications have been observed. Conclusion X knife treatment is a useful and safe method to perform amygdalectomy with ITLEP.2 time fractionated treatment of 140 Gy is better than single full dose.
