骨髓基质细胞/藻酸盐凝胶构建新型载体的可行性

摘要 目的 探讨以去抗原异体骨复合骨髓基质细胞 /藻酸盐凝胶构建一种细胞复合物的可行性。方法 将新西兰白兔的骨髓细胞培养,以骨髓基质细胞 /藻酸盐凝胶复合去抗原异种骨,通过倒置显微镜及扫描电镜观察细胞的生长和分泌。结果 该复合物中骨髓基质复合良好,可见生长和基质分泌。结论 该复合物可作为一种良好的骨组织工程载体。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of using deantigen bone xenograft (DBX)loaded with MSC and alginate as scaffolds for bone tissue engineering. Method the marrow stromal cells of newborn New Zealand rabits were clutured and seed into alginate with DBX to form composites. Scanning electron micrograph and phase- constract microscope were used to show the growth and selection of MSC. Result The marrow stromal cells in composites grew well in vitro,growth and stroma excretion were also observed.Conclusion This kind of composite is effective for tissue engineering of bone.
