抑郁症患者的治疗难度预测性研究

The prospective research about the therapeutic difficulty of depression disorder

目的 探讨抑郁症的治疗难度及治疗中的解决方案。方法 以抑郁症患者明尼苏达多项人格调查表(MMPI)指标为研究重点，从中找出治疗难度的预测性指标，在临床实践中摸索出有关治疗难度的解决方案。结果 抑郁症的发病与人格和应激因素有关，造成治疗难度的MMPI指标有社会内向、内在适应、心理资源、依赖性等。临床上要从患者的人格入手解决治疗的问题。结论 抑郁症治疗难度较大，复发率高，因此，治疗上要注重心理分析，从人格上解决治疗的问题。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic difficulty and the treatment methods of depression. Method According to the MMPI of depression patients, to find outs the predictive factors about the therapeutic difficulty and explore the management to it in clinical practice. Result The episode of depression correlated with patients' personality and stressful factor. The MMPI factors about therapeutic difficulty involve social introversion, inner adaptation, psychological resource and dependence etc. We can solve the therapeutic problem on the base of personality. Conclusion Depression is difficult to therapy and with higher recurrence rate, so we should pay attention to psychic analysis in therapy and solve the problem on the base of personality.
