人工血管及血管再造

Artificial vessel and reconstruction of blood vessel

摘要 本文综述了目前为止实验及临床上采用的多种方法及各自的优缺点,包括自体动静脉移植、异体静脉移植、多种高分子材料的应用以及采用组织工程方法再造血管等。着重阐述了人工血管内皮化及组织工程化血管的研究进展。组织工程技术的不断成熟使在体外培植具有生物活性,其结构、功能与自体血管相类似的人工血管成为可能。 Many ways have been discussed in this article, including autogenous artery or vein, allogenous vein, some biomaterials and tissue engineer blood vessel. Artifical vessel endothelialization and tissue engineering blood vessel have been especially focused on in recent years. Using tissueengineering techniques, it is possible to reconstruct vascular model in vitro whose structure and function are same as autogenous vessels.
