摘要
雪旺细胞 (Schwann Cell,SC)是周围神经系统特有的胶质细胞,不仅是支持保护轴突、维持周围神经的正常功能与良好微环境的重要因素,而且在周围神经损伤、再生与修复中也起着关键作用。目前多从幼年动物周围神经或成年动物瓦勒变性神经获取、培养 SC,并与聚乙醇酸( PGA)、聚乳酸( PLA)等材料粘附、复合,预构成含 SC的人工神经导管,引导轴突再生。但组织工程化人工神经、修复临床周围神经缺损的研究仍有待深入。
Schwann cell(SC) is a particular gliacyte of the peripheral nerve system. SC not only is an important factor of supporting and protecting axons, maintaining the normal function and good microenviroment of the peripheral nerve, but also play a key role on peripheral nerve injury, regeneration, and repair.At present, SC could be obtained and cultured from infancy peripheral nerve or adult Wallerian degenerated nerve. The cultured SCs could adhere and combine with polyglycolic acid(PGA), polyeactic acid(PLA), and other biodegradating materials . The artificial nerve conduct containning SC could guide axons regeneration. It is still thoroughly that the tissue engneering of peripheral nerve is studied to repair nerve defect clinically.
