二次致伤因素低血压对弥漫性脑损伤后神经元损伤影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究大鼠弥漫性脑损伤 (DBI)及其合并低血压后室上区皮层神经元损伤数改变及意义。方法 在 Marmarou模型基础上制成二次脑损伤 (SBI)模型, HE染色,观察室上区皮层损伤神经元数的变化。结果 6 h后损伤神经元数:假手术组和单纯低血压组无明显变化, DBI组和 SBI组明显增加( P0< 0.01),但 SBI组与 DBI组之间差异无统计学意义( P >0.05); 12 h后损伤神经元数: DBI组已趋于稳定, SBI还在持续增加,与 DBI组相比亦有统计意义( P< 0.01)。结论二次致伤因素低血压可增加 DBI的神经元损伤数,加重 DBI。 Objective To study the changes and effects of the neuronal damage caused by DBI coupled with hypotension in rats. Method The SBI animal model was made on a basis of the Marmarou model. The brain sections were stained with H& E. The damaged neurons in supraventricular cortex were measured after DBI and SBI in rats. Result Statistical analysis shown no significant difference in neuronal damage in animals subjected to sham operated group or hypotension alone. Damaged neurons were increased significantly at 6 hours after DBI and SBI( P< 0.01), but there's no statistical difference between SBI group and DBI group; The evolution of neuronal damage in DBI was relatively static at 12 hours, however, there was a remarkable increase in the neuronal damage of SBI group. The damaged neurons of SBI group were much more than that of DBI group( P< 0.01). Conclusion The secondary hypotensional insult could increase the number of damaged neurons and exacerbate the diffuse brain injuries.
