摘要
儿童单纯肥胖症的预防策略主要包括护止妊娠晚期孕妇的营养过剩减少巨大儿的出生、推进母乳喂养、学龄前期及青春早期的预防。以家庭疗法为基础，加以运动训练、饮食控制以及行为治疗在内的综合治疗方法是国内外公认的适合于儿童肥胖症的治疗手段。
The tactic of preventing children from simple obesity includes decreasing frequency of gaint infant by preventing hypernutrition in late gestational period ,prmoting breast－ milk－ feed,and preventing obesity in preschooler and adolescent age.The combined treatment including family treatment,physical fitness behavioral modification and diet adjustment is a way for treating childhood obesity.
