摘要
目的了解氯化镧对瘢痕形成的作用。方法在大鼠背侧做切口,用不同浓度的氯化镧注入切口两侧皮下,14d后做病理切片观察胶原纤维,做流式细胞仪检查成纤维细胞的凋亡。成纤维细胞培养液中加入3H-脯氨酸测定细胞内递质中的胶原合成。结果在一定范围内,氯化镧可诱导创伤部位皮肤中成纤维细胞凋亡,减少了胶原的合成和胶原纤维的增生。结论氯化镧可以抑制瘢痕的形成,但过量可导致组织的坏死。
Objective To investigate the effects of lanthanum chloride on scarring.Method Incisions were made in rat' s back and different concentrations of lanthanum chloride were injected into the s ubderm of two side .After 14days,collagenous fibers were observed on the pathologic slides,and apoptotic fibroblasts were calculated by flo w cytometry and collagen synthesis i n fibroblasts was measured by3H -proline incorporation assay.Result Lanthanum chloride induced apoptosis of fibroblasts in the injured skin and decreased the production of collagenous fibers and the synthesis of collagen in a certain concentration range.Conclusion Lanthanum chloride can inhibit scarring,but result in the necrosis of tissue if over amout.
