雪旺细胞基底膜移植结合神经生长因子局部应用创造脊髓再生适宜环境促进部分功能恢复 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨雪旺细胞基底膜SCBM和神经生长因子NGF对脊髓损伤的修复作用。方法成鼠32只,脊髓左半横断,随机分4组:18只单纯SCBM移植(A组);28只SCBM浸于1000U/mlNGF后移植(B组);38只SCBM浸于2000U/mlNGF后移植(C组);48只作对照(D组)。术后每周行斜板试验;术后8周测皮层体感诱发电位CSEP。结果A、B、C组可测出CSEP波形,D组未测出。斜板试验A、B、C组与D组差异显著,B、C组与A组亦差异显著,而B、C组间无明显差异。结论雪旺细胞基底膜移植对脊髓再生有修复作用,而神经生长因子明显促进修复。 Objective To explore the repairing role of Schw ann cell -seeded basal membrane(SCBM)combined with nerve growth factor(NGF)on injuried spinal cord in rats.Method Thirty -two rats with left inferior t horacic spinal cord hemisected were randomly divided into four groups.(1)Eight transplanted only by SCBM(Group A);(2)Eight transplanted by SCBM immersed in NGF 1000u /ml (Group B );(3)Eight transplanted by SCBM in NGF 2000u /ml (Group C );(4)Another eight used for constracting(Group D).All rats received inclined -plane test every weekends.Eight weeks later,cortical somatosensory evoked pote ntial(CSEP)was measured.Result CSEP was recorded in group A ,B and C,but not in group D.there were significant difference in inclined -plane t est.Between group A ,B ,C and group D(P<0.01),also between group B ,C and group A ,b ut none between group B and group C.Conclusion SCBM promotes the repairing of in-juried spinal cord and NGF facilitates it obviously.
