摘要
目的探讨雪旺细胞基底膜SCBM和神经生长因子NGF对脊髓损伤的修复作用。方法成鼠32只,脊髓左半横断,随机分4组:18只单纯SCBM移植(A组);28只SCBM浸于1000U/mlNGF后移植(B组);38只SCBM浸于2000U/mlNGF后移植(C组);48只作对照(D组)。术后每周行斜板试验;术后8周测皮层体感诱发电位CSEP。结果A、B、C组可测出CSEP波形,D组未测出。斜板试验A、B、C组与D组差异显著,B、C组与A组亦差异显著,而B、C组间无明显差异。结论雪旺细胞基底膜移植对脊髓再生有修复作用,而神经生长因子明显促进修复。
Objective To explore the repairing role of Schw ann cell -seeded basal membrane(SCBM)combined with nerve growth factor(NGF)on injuried spinal cord in rats.Method Thirty -two rats with left inferior t horacic spinal cord hemisected were randomly divided into four groups.(1)Eight transplanted only by SCBM(Group A);(2)Eight transplanted by SCBM immersed in NGF 1000u /ml (Group B );(3)Eight transplanted by SCBM in NGF 2000u /ml (Group C );(4)Another eight used for constracting(Group D).All rats received inclined -plane test every weekends.Eight weeks later,cortical somatosensory evoked pote ntial(CSEP)was measured.Result CSEP was recorded in group A ,B and C,but not in group D.there were significant difference in inclined -plane t est.Between group A ,B ,C and group D(P<0.01),also between group B ,C and group A ,b ut none between group B and group C.Conclusion SCBM promotes the repairing of in-juried spinal cord and NGF facilitates it obviously.
