应用“通脉灵”与矿泉理疗对类风湿性关节炎的疗效观察与作用机制的回顾性分析

The curative effect's observation and their mechanism's retrospective analysis of "Tongmailing" and craunotherapy on rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨“通脉灵“与矿泉理疗对类风湿性关节Rheumaoidarthritis,RA的疗效及作用机理分析。方法随机将70例RA患者分为中药组、中药+理疗组、理疗组3组进行疗效对比和多种指标分析。结果3个月理疗组疗效优于其他两组、6个月中药+理疗疗效优于其他两组,经治疗后患者免疫功能、微循环、胶元代谢均有好转。结论中西医结合对RA活动期及稳定期均有较好的效果。

Objective To explore the curative effect and analyze their mechanism of 'Tongmailing' and craunotherapy on rheumatoid arthritis.Method To divide 70 cases of RA into three groups randomly: Chinese drug group,Chinese drug +physiotherapy group,physio-therapy group, to contrast their curative effect, and to analyze many indexes of them. Result After 3 months, physiotherapy group's curative effect was better than the other two; and after 6 months, Chinese drug +physiotherapy group's was better than the other two. Through the treatment, patients' immunologic function,microcirculation,collagen metabolism are all improved. Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine has better effect on RA's active stage and stationary phase.
