自测健康评定量表修订版(SRHMSV1.0)的条目分析

Item analysis of the Self-rated health measurement scale-the revised version 1.0

目的了解自测健康评定量表修订版SRHMSV1.048个条目的反应度。方法应用SRHMSV1.0在广州市选取2000人进行现场测试。结果48个条目中,每个条目得分在高分组与低分组间均存在显著性差异P值均<0.001。结论SRHMSV1.0的48个条目均具有较好的反应度,能够灵敏地鉴别个体的自测健康变化状况,符合量表设计的要求。

Objective To find out responsiveness on the 48 items of the Self-rated health measurement scale the revised version 1.0(SRHMS V1.0).Method 2000 individuals sampled in guang zhou receive SRHMS V1.0 assessment on the spot.Result Each score of the 48 items in high score group was significantly higher than that of low score group(P< 0.001).Conclusion Each item of the 48 items in SRHMS V1.0 has good responsiveness.They cound differentiate individual self rated health sensitively,and met the basia command of scale design.
