摘要
目的探讨语音频谱分析系统评价嗓音功能的客观标准。方法采用USSA语音频谱分析系统对30例正常成人及80例喉病患者发持续元音i时的声音信号进行检测,分析各种嗓音病的基频、共振峰、频率微扰、振幅微扰和谐嗓比,同时观察语图谐波、共振峰及噪声成分特征及变化规律。结果声带小结患者F0、F2,声带息肉F1、F2,慢性喉炎F0、F1,声带麻痹F1、F2、F3,喉肿瘤F0、F1、F2、F3,与对照组比较,频率均值有显著性差异P<0.05,P<0.01。各喉病组的APQ值、FPQ值、H/N值与正常组对比有极显著性差异P<0.01。喉病患者语图表现谐波及共振峰不规则、断裂甚至缺失,噪声成分增加。结论计算机语音频谱分析系统可作为检测诊治及康复各种病态嗓音的有效客观指标。
Objective To investigate the value of universal signal spectrum analysis system in the diagnosis of laryngeal disease.Method Spectrogram and sonogram were analyzed with the system in patients of 80 laryngeal diseases and 40 normal adults.Result The fundamental frequency(F0),first,second and third formant(F1,F2,F3),frequency perturbation quotient(FPQ),amplitude perturbation quotient(APQ)and harmonics to noise ratio(H/N) were found singificantly different from the normal control group.The somogram showed decrease or loss of harmonic waves and formants and increase of noese in middle and high frepuencies.Conclusion Both acoustic parameters and somogram could provide objective grounds for clinical voice evaluation.
