摘要
针对热电制冷系统中电偶极在电场与温度场的耦合作用下非稳态温度变化特性 ,重新推导和分析了热电制冷过程的微分方程式 ,进行了数值模拟和计算 ;详细地分析了几个非稳态工况对冷端温度影响的因素 ;通过对其非稳态数值的模拟和分析 。
In this paper,the numerical simulation and analysis are made specially for the unsteady temperature distribution of thermoelectric couple of thermoelectric refrigeration system under both the electric field and temperature field.The differential equation of thermoelectric refrigeration process is deduced and analyzed,and some effective factors to the cold-node of thermoelectric couple are analyzed in detail under unsteady condition.Through the unsteady numerical simulation and analysis,some fundamental function relationships have been discovered.
