中老年人群髋部骨折患病率及对日常活动能力影响的研究

Study on prevalence rates and daily activity of hip fracture in the middle－aged and elderly population in China

目的了解中国部分地区中老年人群髋部骨折患病及髋部骨折对其活动受限的影响。方 法采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法对我国 4个地区（华北地区市、西南地区、中南地区市、东 北地区）部分 50岁及以上的男女人群共 37 538人进行问卷调查。比较髋部骨折人群与健康 人群的各种日常活动能力情况。结果髋部骨折患病率为 1.17％，其中男性 1.04％，女性 1 .29％，两性患病率有显著性差异（ P<0.05）。两组人群在所调查的关于活动困难的各项内 容的比较均有显著性差异。结论女性髋部骨折患病率高于男性，髋部骨折对中老年患者的日 常基本生活及活动能力影响很大，应予以分的重视，加强做好防治工作。

Objective To understand the prevalence rates of hip fracture in the mid dle－ aged and elderly population in China;To learn the level of the activity li mited of the old people due to the hip fracture. Method Questionnaire was survey ed from 37 538 people aged above 50 years old in four administrative areas in Ch ina, by the stratified－ multi－ steps－ cluster sampling method.The daily activ ity of the hip fracture's group with health group was comparised.Result The tota l prevalence of the hip fracture was 1.17％ and the male was 1.04％ the female w as 1.29％ , there were significant differences between the male and the female. There were significant differences between two groups about the difficulty in mo vement(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of the hip fracture of the female is higher than the male.The hip fracture influences the patient's life-quality and the ability of daily-life very much,so we should pay more attentions to it.
