摘要
提出一种用于分析牵引逆变器散热系统的实用方法 .通过分析 2种强制风冷散热系统的散热器温度试验数据 ,确定散热器作为一个均质发热体在典型工况下的温升时间常数和冷却时间常数 ,给出计算散热器动态温度变化的实用公式 .通过比较额定工况的试验曲线与相应的计算曲线 。
This paper presents a practical method in analyzing the dissipation system of the inverter.After analyzing the experimental data of the headsink temperature of two dissipation systems cooled by compelling wind,this paper confirms the time constant of the headsink temperature on condition that the headsink is a matter of equality,and brings forward a practical method on calculating the headsink temperature.After comparing the experiment result with the calculating result,the paper reaches the conclusion that the designing method is reasonable and practical.
