摘要
神经系统存在两类不同的细胞,即神经元和胶质细胞。胶质细胞具有终身分裂和增殖能力,在神经修复中起重要作用。脑外伤后神经损伤可通过轴突的可塑性来代偿其功能。神经再生包括轴突的发芽、生长和延伸与靶细胞重建突触联系,依此来实现神经再支配功能的恢复。
Nerve system have two different cells,neuron and glial cell.The glial cell plays an important role in nerve plerosis for its abilities of division and proliferation. After nerve injury, the nerve function can be compensated by axonal plasticity.Nerve regeneration involves axonal sprouting,growthing and extension,as well as reconstructing synaptic relate with target cell,which can be depended to realize the nerve's re dominated function.
