摘要
在分析企业知识管理系统 (EKMS)环境的不确定性基础上 ,测度EKMS环境的不确定性 ,并利用适当的匹配模型 ,将EKMS柔性与环境的不确定性进行比较与匹配 ,以合理规划EKMS的柔性配置 ,保证企业知识管理(EKM )
Based on analyzing the uncertainty of the environment of enterprise knowledge management system (EKMS),the uncertainty of the environment of EKMS is measured.And through the proper matching model,the flexibility of EKMS can be compared with the uncertainty of the environment,so that the flexible configuration for EKMS is marked out and the flexible enterprise knowledge management (EKM) strategy can be implemented.
