摘要
目前 ,国内在测算运输业的全要素生产率状况方面所采用的研究方法 ,往往存在需要假定生产成本最小化以及生产率变化因素不能分解的问题 .为此 ,运用交通运输业 1990~ 2 0 0 0年的数据 ,把扩展的Malmquist DEA(曼奎斯特 -数据包络分析 )方法引入交通运输业 ,来测量交通运输业生产率变化总量以及影响因素 ,解决了常用研究方法的弊端 .研究表明 ,对于不同的运输方式 ,其生产率的变化量不尽相同 。
In recent years,a lot of efforts and resources have been used in developing measures of productivity in transportation.The usual methods require the assumption of cost minimizing behavior and don't permit the decomposition of total factor productivity (TFP) growth.On the basis of a panel data from 4 modes of transportation for the period of 1990~2000,this study sets out to evaluate productivity of transportation and the determinants with two extended forms of the standard Malmquist data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and analysis productivity growth which averts the problems usual methods face.The study shows that different modes of transportation have different productivity performance and the determinants play different roles which will be helpful for the people to make decisions.
