摘要
外汇市场的规范化和国际化是一个系统工程。本文从完善外汇市场政策环境角度 ,提出了建立健全中央银行调控机制和加强法制建设。
The normalization and internationalization of currency market is a system engineering. From the angle of improving policy environment in China currency market, this paper sets forth establishing or improving the adjusting and controlling mechanism of Chinese central bank, and strengthens legal construction and corresponding measures of market supervision. [
