企业越来越注重顾客满意度,因为顾客满意度决定顾客忠诚度,顾客追求最高顾客让渡价值,所以,企业必须测量和分析顾客满意程度。通过以顾客满意为中心的整合营销、全面质量营销、关系营销、科技创新等途径和方法实现营销新追求。
