对我国陪审制度的再认识

落后的陪审制度同现代民主法治是不相适应的。为适应市场经济的发展，保证实体公正，以程序公开为主旋律的审判方式改革已进入纵深阶段。陪审制度亦应顺应这一潮流，不断加以改革完善，从而实现司法民主化。

The outmoded jury system can not meet the needs of modem democratic and legislative adminis- tration. In order to promote the market economy and ensure the substantive justice, the innovation of trial form, which is mainly open procedures, has gone deeply. The jury system should also comply with this trend. Only by continuous reform and completion, can we realize democratic judiciary.
