经济法调整对象的动态特征

The Dynamic Characteristic of Economic Law Regulutes Object

自从法学界提出“经济法”这一命题后，论争与质疑就一直存在，这些争论最为根本的分歧集中在经济法的调整对象上，即经济法是否具备独立的调整对象。笔者从社会经济发展的角度提出经济法调整对象具有动态性。经济法作为需要国家干预之法，它是随着社会经济体制、经济形态的不断变化而变化的，正是这一特征，表明社会经济中许多经济关系必须由经济法来调整。

Since the advent of the term 'Economic Law 'in the jurisprudential circles, there have been arguments and questionings existing. The key difference of these arguments focuses on the object─that Economic Law regulates. That is whether Economic Law bears an independent object regulated. The author of this article puts forth the dynamic characteristic of the object that Economic Law regulates from the angle of the social economic development. Economic Law, as a law in need of national intervention, is dynamic with the changes of the social economic system and economic state. The very char- acteristic of economic law indicates that a great many economic relation in the social economy should be regulated by the Eco- nomic Law
