学生干部的角色意识对学生成长具有重要作用，因此必须通过学生干部轮换制、竞聘上岗、发挥学生社团作用，社会实践等多种形式创造合理的学生干部任用机制，培养学生的责任感、自尊自重心理、竞争心理及促进学生的相互理解及进行正确的自我评价。

The personal consciousness of the students plays important parts in their growing. So we must make use of all kinds of forms, such as turns policy, contesting for jobs, students' corporation and social practices and so on, producing students cadre appoint mechanism, fostering the students' sense of responsi- bility, training them the psychology of self-esteem and competition, promoting the students' compre- hending one another, and correcting self?appraisement.
