本文阐述了电信企业诊断的特点及综合评价指标体系的确立 ,给出了AHP法在电信企业管理诊断中的具体应用 ,从定量分析的角度 ,分析了电信企业在经营管理中存在的问题和不足。

This paper mainly introduces characteristic of diagnosis for the telecommunication enterprise and establish of index system, the specific application on AHP method in the telecommunication enterprise is given, problem and shortcomings existing in the telecommunication enterprise are analyzed from the angle of quantitative analysis.
