In the 21st Century, competition between enterprises becomes increasingly intense, and the market demands become more versatile and user-oriented. Therefore, the new enterprise model -Virtual enterprises is bound to replace the old enterprises model. In this paper, the author introduces the definition of Virtual enterprises as well as the formation and the management mode of it ,and finally recommends the method of constructing a Virtual enterprises.
