On Legal Problem of Electronic Contract

以电子合同的特定为出发点 ,在分析电子合同与以传统方式订立的合同不同之处的基础上 ,论述电子合同的成立、电子合同形式。

This paper begins with the description of the characteristic of electronic contract.To be based on the analyzing of the differences between electronic contract and contract concluded by traditional means,this paper discusses the special rules on conclusion of electronic contract,form of electronic contract,electronic signature as well as evidences of electronic contract.
