摘要
研究生教育是拔尖人才培养的一个重要组成部分。本文结合新形势下人才培养的特点 ,针对研究生教育 ,论述了研究生教育和拔尖人才培养的一致性和相通性 ,并从如何引导研究生树立正确的人生观、加强研究生课程建设、提高研究生的创新能力和在科研实践中培育拔尖人才四方面系统阐述了人才培养的新思路。
The postgraduate education is one of important parts of the prominent talent development. The thesis combines the characters of the prominent talent development in the new situation, discusses the same nature between The postgraduate education and the prominent talent development, and bases on the following four aspects: outlook on life, curriculum construction, creativity and scientific research, sets forth the new train of thought and the new method on the talent development.
