随着全球经济一体化的兴起,跨国并购迅速成为国际投资的最重要形式。跨国并购在世界范围内建立生产体系,最大限度地合理利用资源,实现利润最大化已成为必然。中国加入WTO后,应抓住跨国并购的机遇,积极应对全球竞争的压力,有步骤地开放国内产业和市场,实现中国经济在更高层次上和更大范围内与世界经济的融合。在阐述中国企业参与跨国并购重大意义的基础上,通过对跨国并购实践活动的分析,总结了相应的并购策略,提出了促进跨国并购的投资新策略。

With the development of the global economy,transnational annexation has become the most important form of international investment.It occurs to be necessary for transnational annexation to set up world wide productive system,use the resources to its best and make maximum profit.After the entry to WTO.China should take the advantage of transnational annexation to meet the global competition by means of opening the domestic industries and markets and achieving a higher and wider integration with the world economy.This paper, on the basis of illustrating the significance of china's participation in World transnational annexation,gives a general idea of relative annexation strategies through transnational practice,then puts forth new investment strategies of promoting transnational annexation.
