摘要 实验研究了微波场对硫酸分解磷矿过程的影响。结果表明随着微波功率的增加,磷矿转化率、反应体系温度和升温速率都在增高。提出的微波非等温磷矿分解反应动力学模型与实验结果很好地相符。通过与相同温度下无微波作用的实验结果比较,验证了“微波非热效应”的存在,并初步分析了微波场对硫酸分解磷矿过程的作用机理。 The dissolving reaction course of phosphate ore into sulfuric acid inmicrowave radiation field was studied experimentally. It was observed that the conversion of phosphate, temperature of system, rate of temperature-rising all increased with the radiation intensity of microwave. A non-isothermal kinetic model, which took account of the effect of microwave, was proposed to fit the experimental data. By comparison of the results with those from experiments under similar temperature conditions but without microwave, the' non-thermal effect' of microwave enhancement to the reaction was verified. The mechanism of microwave enhancement was discussed preliminarily.
