摘要 修井作业油管起下工序中,油管的拉排采用人工排放模式,工人劳动强度大。油田修井起下作业中的油管机械化拉排装置技术研究,利用现有设备和人员实现了机械化拉排,充分解决好各个环节间的衔接,实现修井起下作业的配套体系。试验中排放一根油管的时间为30s,装置工作可靠,运行平稳,为今后修井作业整体机械化实现提供借鉴。 During procedure of down and up of tube at work over operation, labor tense of man-made drag and spread for tube is big. Utilizing the existing equipment and labor, the study of mechanical tech resolves every connection and realizes matching system of work over operation. Time for spreading one tube in experiment is 30 minutes. The device runs reliably and smoothly which provides a reference for realizing mechanics of unit of work over operation latterly.
