侧钻井φ101.6mm套管内试油作业配套技术研究与应用

摘要 随着油田开发进入中后期,套变井和复杂大修井日趋增多。使用套管内侧钻工艺技术钻成的小井眼井可以快速恢复油井正常生产,大幅度降低油气开发成本,提高油井产量。针对侧钻井Ф101.6mm套管井身结构进行了试油管柱组合及力学分析,并对该类井地层压力系数低、易漏失、易出砂的特点进行了负压射孔工艺研究,选择合理负压差值以达到保护油气层的目的;同时进行射孔参数优化,消除因射孔枪尺寸受限、孔密以及穿透深度等对小井眼油井产率比的影响。经现场实施37井次,该试油作业技术达到了保护油气层、提高产能的目的,对油田原油的增产、稳产起到了重要作用。 When casing deformation and overhaul well increase during middle and later period of oilfield development, slim hole well using casing sidetracking technology can put back on production rapidly, reduce development cost and improve well output. The paper analyzes testing special string structure and mechanics of the special casing program of 101.6 mm casing sidetracking well, studies under balanced perforating technology for the characteristics of low formation pressure and liable to being leakage and producing sand, to select proper under balance pressure value to reach the objective of protecting formation. Meanwhile, perforating parameters are optimized to eliminate influence of limitation of perforated gun, hole density and penetrating depth to producing rate of slim hole. 37 wells field application has proved that the testing technology can protect reservoir and improve deliverability.
