摘要
体育保健课专为患有慢性疾病或有残疾的学生开设,其目的在于增进体力,帮助恢复健康,调节生理功能和矫正某些身体疾病。体育保健课应结合实际合理制定运动处方,有针对性地选择教学内容。
Health care course is offered mainly for the students who suffer chronic disease or who are ill.The aim of it is to build their health,regulate their physiological function and rectify some diseases. The course should formulate reasonable exercises recipe with practice and select teaching contents.
