摘要
私德与公德是两个既相区分又相联系的概念。私德是个人修身、个人在处理与家庭成员关系和其他私人关系时的德性;私德是公德的基础;进行道德建设应以私德修养为起点,并把私德提高到公德层次。
Personal virtues and public virtues are two concepts,which are both different from and related with each other. Personal virtues are the virtues of individual self-cultivation and dealing with the relationship with family members and other persons and also the basis of public virtues. To cultivate the virtues,we should start from the cultivation of personal virtues and promote it to the level of public virtues.
