摘要
主编的素质如何,对期刊整体质量有着至关重要的影响。要保证社科类期刊的质量,其主编应具有较高的政治素质、较深的知识根底、较高的人文素养、较强的业务素质。
The quality of the chief editors plays a vital part in editing the journals. To guarantee the quality of social science journals,the chief editors should possess higher political quality,rich in knowledge and humanities' attainment,and higher professional quality.
